Love the memories
Watching home movies brings back so many memories. My Dad recently converted all those 8mm films to DVD for me and my sister. Once I got it in my hands i wanted to watch it, but held off till the next night when I would be more ready for it.
With my family sitting next to me, we started it and had a good time watching it. Even with all the tears and hugs I started to think about the future and what will become of me and my family. How did my parents get it so right and will I do the same? who really knows, but I will try my best.
My daughter is now two months old. It feels like its been forever now and yet like its been 2 days. She is smiling now, one of the greatest things is when your child smiles at you. I am excited for what lies ahead and cant wait for all the cool and fun things that comes with a daughter.
My son is 3 now. How the time flies. He is such a sweetheart and I cant believe that he is such a good kid. He loves his sister so much. When she starts to cry all he wants to do is go over and sing to her to calm her down. He always is giving her kisses and hugs. He is going to be such a good big brother.
My Mom's motto in life is Live. Laugh. Love. Even before all the cliche picture frames and wood posters stated it. Not sure where the saying comes from, but It was the way my Mom enjoyed life. I think everyday how to do this and some days are easier than others. The time we have should not be deepened by what bothers up but by what makes us happy.
